Apple Pie Sensation Protein Breakfast Smoothie

I love this for breakfast, straight after a morning gym session! Or even when I don’t go to the gym really – there’s something about the vanilla/apple/cinnamon combo that hits the perfect morning spot for me! I tend to make this for one but only use half a scoop of protein – to be honest, it’s a matter of taste and goals! Adjust as you see fit.

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 apple, cored & sliced
  • 1/2 - 1 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1/2 -1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional extras: 20g oats, 10g chia seeds


  1. Put it all in a blender
  2. Drink up
