• Cherry Bakewell Overnight Oats

Make ahead breakfasts: the saviour of busy people across the planet. On days when I’ve forgotten that I really need to wash my hair, make some lunch and buy a train ticket I am incredibly grateful for the days when at least I know I just need to grab a jar of cherry bakewell overnight oats out the fridge as I dash to the train station ticket office with my hair still wet.

  • Recipe Review: Deliciously Ella Granola

If you’ve seen my Instagram, Youtube or my other granola recipe then you know that well… I have to make granola pretty often! Usually,  I just make it up. Sometimes though, I do follow other peoples recipes! I recently made Deliciously Ella’s granola and thought I’d share my experience with making and eating it, since I figure if you’re making vegan granola it’s a good place to start and I, personally, love reading what other people thought of just about everything (my mum would probably say “That’s because you’re nosy” about now. • Healthy Strawberry Cheesecake Oatmeal (vegan, gluten free)

Do you ever have those mornings where you wake up craving a really specific flavour? Not a food, necessarily, but a taste. I had one of those mornings a few weeks ago. • Lemon Drizzle Energy Balls (Nakd Copycat!)

Hi my name’s Luci and I like to snack. There, I said it. You could easily shape them into bars if you prefer too.

  • White Bean & Blackberry Salad (Vegan, Gluten Free)

With the warmer months approaching, I find myself craving salads rather than soups for the first time in months! One of my favourite combinations at the moment is white beans and berries!
