    My only memory of grapefruit as a child, is that my mum would eat it when she was on a diet. She’d eat half of a grapefruit for breakfast, every day. I had no idea what it was, other than sour and apparently what was required to loose weight. Not that inspiring, right?

  • Vegan Apple Pie Smoothie Bowl

    Do you ever find yourself craving pie? I certainly do – especially when I see it carried past my table at restaurants! But sometimes… regrettably, pie is not the balanced answer. Especially first thing in the morning (I wake up with a sweet tooth). So I satisfy those cravings with a healthy apple pie smoothie bowl, and enjoy it as guilt free, nutritious vegan breakfast.
