• Layered Mango Oatmeal & Chia Pudding (gluten free, vegan)

Hello from baby-land! It’s a busy place, but I so want to get back to sharing with you all again. This mango chia oatmeal is one that I came up with at the tail end of last summer, and I just remembered about it this week. • Sweet Coconut & Strawberry Cupcakes

Sometimes, a chocolate cupcake is just… too much. I want sweetness, but not chocolate, sometimes. These Coconut and Strawberry Cupcakes were borne of just such an occasion. Deliciously sweet and fresh, the combination of strawberry and coconut is irresistible. It’s awful, really. You’ll end up eating half the batch (or maybe that was just me… “testing” of course!)

  • Creamy Coconut & Banana Oatmeal

So today, this happened. It was amazing. It was so good I was torn between eating it as fast as humanly possible because it just tasted so good – and eating it as slowly as possible to make it last longer. I sort of alternated between the two! I’ve been thinking about this concoction for a […]
