• Cinnamon & Carob Energy Bites

Carob powder has frightened me for quite some time. Is it silly to be frightened of an ingredient? Probably. But I bought a carob bar that said it was like chocolate. It lied! It wasn’t! So, here’s the straight-up truth: these cinnamon & carob energy bites taste nothing like chocolate. They’re lightly spiced with cinnamon, sweetened with dates, and totally rocking that combo.

  • Vegan, Sugar Free, Apple Muffins

“Grab and give” is my new version of “grab and go” and these sugar-free apple muffins are perfect for just that. Why have I moved on from ‘grab and go’? Seriously, have you tried ‘just’ going anywhere with two babies?¬† It’s impossible! Everything is a military operation. Going out for a whole day? Practically Marine level! So that means easy, grab and give foods for me, and for the babies.

  • Healthy Autumn Spiced Granola (vegan, oil free, sugar free)

As I mentioned in my last post:¬†autumn is undoubtedly here. I’ve even gone out and bought a thicker coat – something I managed to avoid doing for all of the cold months last year. • Lemon Drizzle Energy Balls (Nakd Copycat!)

It’s like an actual lemon drizzle cake but in a bar. Made of nuts! But, they’re really hard to find (and also.. not cheap)! Ergo, I made my own lemon drizzle energy balls instead. You could easily shape them into bars if you prefer too.

  • Superpowered Cacao & Maca Oat Cookies

What’s a girl to do with a VERY ripe banana – the kind that’s about three hours away from pure mush? Well, this girl made cookies! I mean, was I supposed to think of something else? Who doesn’t think of cookies at every opportunity? Except, these are actually superpowered cookies with things like cacao, maca and maple syrup instead of sugar. A triple threat cookie, if you will.

  • Christmas Pudding Energy Bites (DF, GF, SF, Raw)

For the ones amongst us that are “trying to be healthy”. Or, like me, the ones that love fruit & nut bars! These are inspired by Christmas pudding flavours and come together in about 5 minutes, if you take your time.

Oh, did I mention they were just 75 calories a piece, vegan, gluten free and sugar free?
