• Cancelling my Whole 30

    On the 19th July I cancelled my Whole30 challenge with 11 days still remaining. I refuse to call it ‘quitting’ because that implies a negative and to me, knowing your mind and body is a positive. Time to fess up about unhealthy food obsession, exercise addiction and what I like to call a Chronic MyFitnessPal Addiction.
