• Vegan, Sugar Free, Apple Muffins

    “Grab and give” is my new version of “grab and go” and these sugar-free apple muffins are perfect for just that. Why have I moved on from ‘grab and go’? Seriously, have you tried ‘just’ going anywhere with two babies?  It’s impossible! Everything is a military operation. Going out for a whole day? Practically Marine level! So that means easy, grab and give foods for me, and for the babies.

  • Raw Pumpkin Pie Energy Balls

    Since giving up all dairy and egg (and meat and so on) I’ve had to write off the infamous Pumpkin Spice Latte’s from Starbucks… however, that wasn’t going to stand in my way from getting my seasonal pumpkin fix! My first stop? Healthy snacks! My pumpkin pie energy balls just need a few minutes of your time and a processor and it’s snack time!

  • Chewy Oatmeal & Raisin Cookies (Vegan, Gluten free)

    I know most people love chocolate chip – I mean, what’s not to love? But I myself favour the lesser known oatmeal & raisin cookies. The chewy oats, the sweet raisins… it’s a cookie match made in heaven! Plus, these are super-friendly (vegan and gluten free, I kid you not) AND simple! No crazy substitutes. Put down the jar of applesauce and give them a go!
