• Vegan Baileys Brownies

Chocolate and alcohol – two words that seem to be synonymous with Christmas, these days. A bit of extra chocolate, an extra drink after dinner or a hot mulled wine on the weekend… it’s a wonderful time of year for indulgences. And that’s where these vegan Baileys brownies come in: an indulgent, perfect combination of chocolate and alcohol in one delectable snack.

  • Peanut Butter Banana Bread (vegan)

Peanut butter banana bread: possibly four of my favourite words. How to level up those four words? Chocolate chip peanut butter banana bread. Oh yes. This stuff? Nobody should be able to eat an entire Terry’s Chocolate Orange in one go and still be up for more. That said… I do love these chocolate lava cakes – I’ve made them a few times and they’re my ultimate quick, indulgent dessert – especially when drizzled with vegan cream!
